Yes you can. Ebay is often used these days by dealers as well as privates sellers. Pegasus Finance are unusual in the fact that we are happy to finance dealership AND private sales.
In the case of a dealership sale, we are happy to arrange car finance for purchases from any reputable UK dealer. Private sales are often not touched by finance providers but as long as the seller is the legal owner of the vehicle we would be happy to assist with the sale.
